    Talking NBA Playoffs Start Saturday!

    Western Conference 1st Round Matchups:

    1) Dallas Mavericks
    8) Golden St. Warriors

    4) Utah Jazz
    5) Houston Rockets

    2) Phoenix Suns
    7) Los Angeles Lakers

    3) San Antonio Spurs
    6) Denver Nuggets

    Eastern Conference 1st Round Matchups:

    1) Detroit Pistons
    8) Orlando Magic

    4) Miami Heat
    5) Chicago Bulls

    2) Cleveland Cavaliers
    7) Washington Wizards

    3) Toronto Raptors
    6) New Jersey Nets

Some of my opinions about the this year's playoffs...

Best 7 or 8 Seed To Possibly Win Their First Round Series: Golden St. Warriors.

They have the Mavs number this year, because they are 3-0 against them this year. 20% of the Mavs losses this year were from the Warriors. The Warriors weakness in this series, will be the lack of playoff experience. However, they are a high octane, young, and deep team that can play great basketball deep into a series. They most likely won't upset the Mavs, but they could potentially force a long series, which could have an effect later on in the playoffs for the Mavs.

    Unlucky/Unfortunate Matchup: Bulls and Heat.

These team should not be facing each other in the first round. The Raptors against the Nets for a series?! Wow.

Easiest Road To The West/East or possibly the Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers.

They go up against the Wizards who are without Areans and Butler. The Wizards don't have much of a chance against the Cavs without two of their best players. Assuming, they beat the Wizards they would then have to go up against the Nets or Raptors! Wow! The Nets are w/out Nenad, so I don't think they are going really far this year. The Raptors, don't have much playoff experience, and won't be much of a threat without CV31! Lol.

I really would like to see the Warriors and Suns playing in the Western Conference Finals, and the Cavs and Bulls in a great matchup. Then, the Suns over the Cavs! What are you talking about, I'm not biased?!

Btw, I added a poll. Who will win the 2007 NBA Finals? Duh! ;)

I am pumped! I picked the Mavs because they look even better than last year. I'd really love to see the Cavs, Rockets, or Nuggets win it though since I am a big fan of LeBron, TMac, and Ivy. : )

Man this is tough. As a Spurs fan I want them to win it all. But I hate saying so because if I do it won't happen. So I can't pick them lol. Saddens me to say this but I voted for Dallas.

Renegade - Lol. As a Suns fan, I'm in the same situation as you. I nearly voted for the Mavs, but decided to go with my favorite team.

    Keep the votes coming!

Going out on a limb this year, because I am a big fan of Iverson------------------DENVER NUGGETS will be the NBA Champs. Oh man I am so off, but I'm picking who I want to win. Who I think will win is the Dallas Mavericks

Has to be the bulls for me (ok it's an outside shot) but it's who I want to win.

In reality I think it's the Mavs

(Nice win for the Bulls today, great performance by deng)
