Anybody have a Ray Nitschke auto
Hey folks,
Its my 21st b-day comming up and Id like to treat myself to a b-day present of a Ray Nitschke auto. He has 2 different certified autos.
1)1997 UD Legends auto
2)2002??? SP Legendary Cuts check auto.
I have a few things to trade((with packer stuff if we have a packer fan willing to part with one)) but I can also put up some cash. I dont mind giving some more value but I will determine that depending on what is traded.
thanks
Jay

Thanks for all the links guys,
I can't buy at this very moment so e-bay is out of the question((At least at that price))
Bearfield,
I don't know about you but doesn't it seem like the goldstandard cards are butt ugly. I hate the looks of them.
Tim,
Thanks for the info. I forgot about the RC reprint one. The ones that are NA, I dont expcet to pick up due to there print run and higher selling price.

hey jay; i had the whole set of gold standard autos, but traded away the hockey, baseball, and the basketball. wish i still had them. personally, i would rather have an ugly autograph of Nitschke than a pretty autograph of the NFL clowns like ray lewis, terrell owens, pacman jones, a couple of bengals, and quite as few others.
i don't know about you, but i would like to get some autos of nitschke, luckman, lombardi, and a few others and i don't care how ugly they are. just my personal feelings. bob

Bob,
For me its all about having it from the major card comapines. I really prefer to get something from Upper Deck/ Donruss/ Leaf etc. compared to something like gold standard. I have a better feeling on the COA if its from the companies. I will only go outside the lines if its of a person that has few autographs. Such as Cal Hubbard. I dont think he is readily available in the major companies so I had to do something a bit different.
