I may be biased because im a Suns and Steve Nash fan. And I thought Dirk Nowitzki was going to edge Nash out of the MVP race, but barely. But since the playoffs have started, I think its obvious that Nash is the MVP. Dirk hasnt showed up, and his team (best team in NBA) is down 3-1 to the number 8 Warriors who BARELY made the playoffs. While the Nash is leading his team past the Lakers with ease (so far anyway). Plus that 17 point-23 assist game the yesterday was pretty amazing.
I think the MVP was actually Dirk's to lose, and he lost it.

We gotta remember though that Baron is very injured. He played his heart out, but how much more does he have left in his health tank? He also mentioned that J-Rich, Barnes, and some other guys are playing hurt. They might have expended themselves in that Mavs series.
