Pick someone that you really like and admire. I picked leon washington because I loved the way that he plays and because I'm a huge Jets fan. Whatever you do, do not try to start a player collection with the hope of making money, because that rarely if ever works out well.

I have always been a Lakers and Kobe Bryant fan...but being a college kid and not having alot of money for cards i started collecting Hakim Warrick. Hes fun to watch, much keeper then Kobe and i loved watching him at Syracuse. Just pick someone you like and have fun. thats the key

Welcome man!!!!!!!! I collect Iguodala cuz hes from Springfield IL and his parents live in my hometown which is Bloomington IL...so ive met him and have been able to get IP autos and such...just pick one or two people and collect all you can

If you're not sure what player or players to pick for collecting, just go with a sport. Before I started to trade I simply bought packs/boxes of what sport I liked and saved ALL the cards. In my case I like all sports, so I just bought and saved them.
