1) I won an auction for a PSA 10 Tory Holt Chrome Refractor, the card was actually a PSA 9. He asked me what I want for $$ back. Any ideas?

2) Can anyone give me any details on the White Refractors from Bowman Chrome 2000?

I know squat about prices of graded cards but if it was me with the Torry Holt I would request back my payment and return the card.

As for the 2000 Bowman Chrome White Refractors, I have never seen one nor do I see any on the checklist :\
