Not only an obsession, but can be damaging to your wallet. Sometimes, at the very end of your collection, you're willing to pay top dollar for that last card.

Heck, I've had folks pay me $10 for a near-mint Adam Bomb (my avatar) they needed to complete their collection.

If you check regularly, they normally can be had for about $4-$6.50 near-mint.

Well, I lucked out, I got the last card for $4.99 + S&H in a lot of 5 BGS Fleer Authority RC's. At roughly $2/card... very worth it!

Yeah, like before - I wonder if that Kobe Topps Chrome refractor was a fraud? We should follow its progress.

Let's keep a close eye on that. Hope the winning bidder doesn't get screwed.

so what should I do? Do I keep this set or do I sell it off? If I sell it off, what's it worth? I'm wracking my brain over this...

I would list and set a high reserve, you know sort of test the market and see what you are in for?

did you sell or trade off your extra's?

I'm working on getting rid of the extras I have now... many were in that BGS/PSA post I made in the trading forum that you replied to.
