Barry Sanders Auto #/21

I just acquired this Sanders Auto but I found a few things about it that are odd. And by odd that could be a good odd. First off you will notice the hand-number.... 13/21. If memory serves these weren't numbered. Secondly, it has a HONORS foil stamp on the back. I believe this a some sort of a buyback auto but Im not 100% sure.

Any additional info on this card would be appreciated. 1 last thing - it is for trade :)

$42?? Thats a good price!! But the Gore was obviously my main interest since the Rivers isn't a RC. I'll hang onto the Sanders.
