a piece of advice for you. as it is written, if the best offer is $1, then you would need to sell it for that.
you might want to put a minimum on there or something or rephrase your post.

that is better. we've just had some issues before when someone did something similar and the best offer was very low. i'm not sure what you consider reasonable. that is also a little vague, but i think it's a little more safe. thanks for changing it. i think it will be worth it.
