    Help with a card please....

    I have a 2006 Bowman Chrome Feltback Flashback Sinorice Moss #14 of 15. Now the question I have is this; Every other one i can find is #'d to /199. Mine is #'d to /25 . Does anyone know why, and what the BV is? I dont see a difference in this one and the pics on the bay. Thanks
