HUGE Props to Upper Deck!
Im normally on the other side of the fence on this, but UD really came through on this. As you may know, I get kinda unlikely on UD products and tend to get damaged cards or shorted, or alot of redemptions. After some emails to a great customer service personell at UD, they helped me out on just about all of my problems!
Just 10 days ago, I sent the emails, and stuff is already coming in. The process was sped up, and help was great! Since the email, 8 of my redemptions went to shipped, of which all but 2 have been recieved, and replacements are in as well!
First and foremost, redemptions came in. Wasnt expecting anything great, but the better ones were recieved, and then the dreaded not made ones as well. For 2 Chris Taft Autos, a Bobby Jackson Auto and another no namer (Cant remember off hand), I recieved these replacements:
Boozer Hardcourt Auto Floor
Julius Hodge RC Auto
Corey Maggete SP Sig Auto
David Harrison SP Sig Auto
Wayne Simien Trilogy Auto RC
and an awesome
UD Glass Shane Battier Auto Glass Card
Not bad on that!
But next is where they really came through. Back at Christmas (Awhile back, but Im happy), I got a box of Sweet Spot FB. 75% or more of the cards were bent, and both autos had indents, so I sent them back. Well today, I got a large box from UD, inside that, was a freshly sealed box of 06 Sweet Spot, a Nice letter detailing what it replaced, and also saying my other pending replacements should be on there way! Even though the box didnt yield anything super, Im very happy.
I tip my hat to UD, they have definitely regained my majority purchase. Job well done!
