    A refractor is a reflective film on the card like a prism that creates a rainbow effect. You will usually find them on a chrome or glossy set. They usually multiply value pretty decently.

    The Yellowish looking one is a Chrome Refractor and the other one is a regular Chrome. Refractors change colors as you change the viewing angle.

    Also if just looking at them doesn't tell you, often times it will say it is a refractor somewhere on the back of the card.
