Things for this have changed a bit as my FTP program no longer works.

I will have to change the rules for TOTM as I cant edit my tags anymore as is.
As for April awards... We have them decided but waited because of the tag issue.

We will pick the winners for may and announce the two months together along with awarding Hoeser his MOTM award.
