Same ole MJ RC authenticity question

I know you guys have probably beat this horse to death already but I am looking at an MJ RC that is graded a 10 by GEM, is this pretty much guaranteed to be authentic or should I look into it further? What would stop someone from swapping an authentic one and putting a fake in the case that has the grading?

    Thanks
    Ryan

You can tell if the casing has been opened by trying (not very hard) to open it yourself. If it comes apart easily, it has been tampered with. Or if you can see any marks on it that look like it was cut into with an X-acto knife or some similar tool.

i wold say if its by gem then its prob real afterall a gem 10 is only equal to an ungraded mint rc, so there is no premium, i would open it and send it to beckett or psa to have a real grading company do it right
