Well... UD Redemption Blah
After a 2 1/2 year wait for a Josh Reed Football Auto Portrait from 2002 Sweet Spot i have a replacement
2005 Hakim Warrick Signature Shots #SS-HW
Im sick at my stomach - Wait 2 1/2 years of hassle Phone Calls and aggravation and get a Basketball auto in return..
They could have at least sent me a football auto after all i mailed in a football redemption...lol
Nothings wrong with the card i just dont collect basketball or know squat about it!!!
Anyone know what this books? lmk

Just one more example of the Screw You attitude of the card companies. A local small claims suit may be an option to hold them to their committments. I have another recent post regarding their horrible customer service. Its just not fun anymore.

Buying a pack of cards is like buying a lottery ticket. You risk a few dollars and may get something of value or nothing. To me changing the redemption is like changing the lottery prize after you have won it. e.g. we no longer have the million dollars but here is a ticket to Disneyland. Now go away and be happy you got anything.
