That's a tough one.
Can't find anything in Beckett. I did numerous seraches for Urlacher Topps.
Nothing. It's the PP6 that's throwing me. I search ALL Urlacher cards for the #PP6 and only came up with these..

it could be a regional team set issue lisenced by topps
i know topps does the same thing with browns stuff
not sure that is the case, but its my best guess

Those are promo ones put out by topps. I had asked baeckett awhile back on a card I had. That was the answer they gave me. Hope that helped.
