You got $50.00 worth of cards, you just don't like them, and you actually think Target is at fault for not refunding your $10.00?? Seems to me that the only person to blame or sue would be yourself for spending your cash.

Lesson learned, just let it go. The Sports Card Collector wants to sue more companies then any other group of people I've ever seen. It's pretty sad.

ALSO, you have to realize, exactly WHEN those cards were packaged. What month/year? Because if those sat on a shelf or in a box for a year, pricing changes. They check book value at thye TIME they are packaged. Not when you buy them
