questions about mailing stuff
So normally I use a small envelope to send out singles when trading. I put the toploader between two pieces of stiff cardboard to ensure that it won't bend on the way. I've NEVER had a problem sending out cards like this. Just today though, I received back one of the cards I sent out with a notice saying "Return for .17 cents surcharge".
Does this mean I bring it to the post office, get a 17 cent stamp and send it out again? Or do I have to use another 41 cent stamp?
God this is such BS. I can't believe they're sending stuff back because it's too stiff.
