If you used the Trade Manager to make a deal with him and didn't get your end, then put the trade in dispute, and a Mod will help you out.

Otherwise I don't think a mod will freely give out his information.

Also, wouldn't you already have his mailing information?

Deal wasn't posted in TM so a dispute can't be filed. Unfortunately, without posting the mods can't help. I paid through paypal so I don't have a mailing address. I filed a complaint through paypal, but was hoping someone could help me contact him before I escalate.
