i guess the nfl will try a developmental league on this side of the ocean. i'm sure some of the smaller cities around the country wouldn't be opposed to having some sort of professional football during the spring/summer.

I heard I a few weeks back that Mark Cuban (Dallas Mavs owner) was looking at investing in a spring/summer pro football league for the smaller markets.
