    Update on Donruss Customer Service

    Some of you may remember that I got a box of Prestige when it first released and it only had 1 GU, instead of the 2 GU or AU that they guarantee. I contacted them about it and just received an email letting me know I should be receiving my replacement items in a week or two. Donruss has smooth cust. service, I am impressed! Cant wait to see what I get!

    I have had no problems at all out of donruss customer service either. They have took there time once on me and sent me one crappy card but otherwise they are ok.

    Donruss customer service seems to be nice but very slow. I am still waiting on a nine card replacement request from March. When called they say that they have them but it will take a bit longer. Also, I usually receive different cards than I send which is a pain if you are building sets or collecting players. Their policy is to send something of comparable Beckett value if it is out of stock. In contrast, Upper Decks policy is to send nothing with a "screw you" note.

    I hope they figured out that I was missing a Joseph Addai SB Heroes Auto /1. that would be sweet!!

    really anything will be sufficient, the 1 Gu that was in the box was a Peyton Manning Stars of the NFL, so that was nice to get that one.

    well, I got my replacement package today. Overall I am very happy with DLP on this issue, although I have to mention that another person on the BMB boards had a similar issue to me and received one GU and one Auto RC. funny thing is they got the same Ronnie Brown card I got. I guess it proves that they take care of their customer.

    overall, not too bad, I have 2 more GU cards than I did yesterday :)
