Odd Ebay auction

Fake or not? The guy swears it's real (and is rather insulting when I point out that Beckett shows -no- patches in LCM, especially not mirror red, just jersey swatches), and considering that NFL logo patches are usually 1/1...
What do you think? And should it be reported to Ebay?

no way is that real. There were NFL logo patches in LCM but they were Mirror Black 1/1's. They were also diecut so you could see the whole shield and right side up. what a D-bag!

Well, remember. I collect Andre Johnson, so that's how I found this. Guy was really rude when I asked him if it was a manufactured card, and pointed out that Mirror Red Materials were generally single color swatches.
Dude got rude to the point of insulting me because of where I live, which is complete juvenile.

they also have some nice makeup for sale, maybe its a girl!!
they also sold another NFL logo card recently, it was a Rex Grossman, also not a 1/1. they are fakes and poorly done
