Clint Nageotte is definitley a great pitching prospect, considered to have one of the best sliders in all the minor leagues. He dominated AA last year as a 22 year old, to the tune of a 11-7 record and a 3.10 ERA. The true underlying stat here was his 157 strikeouts (after being the only minor leaguer to strike out over 200 men in 02) in only 154 innings pitched. In terms of potential, this guy looks like a top of the rotation strikeout king starter, while at the least he'll be very usefull in the bullpen. Will get headlines this offseason as one of the top pitching prospects in baseball
