I need help with my PS3

Hi all!

First of, I'm a moron so if you can help, I will need pretty much step by step the whole way, here's what I am trying to do, I know it can be done, I just don't know how.

I've transfered all my data from my PS2 memory card onto my PS3 HD but now when I try and play a game it says that I don't have a memory card inserted so I can't upload anything from my previous games or I can't save anything either.

If you can help, I'll be forever thankful!

Have you created an "internal memory card"? It could be that, but also could be something else. I had a few PS2 games saved and one day I turned my PS3 off wrong, and it wiped out all of the saved data---even though all the saved games were STILL there.

I'm guessing he doesn't have an internal memory card. I dunno though..

I screwed around enough with it today that I figured it out... by pure luck but it worked :)
