    Qestion ????

    When a forum member has "banned" or" I must send first," in their border column, does that really mean that they have these restrictions or is it their own way. i don't know how to put it.

    it means they have been banned from using the site at all and are no longer allowed to trade on it.

    Must send First means exactly that THEY must send first when making a trade, and only Mod's are allowed to put the Banned or MSF tag on
