    Whats the purpose of a redemption card i was looking at some on ebay but before i bought one i was wondering what they actually r~ thanks

    It means when the packs were put together to be boxed, that the player or players had not signed the cards intended to be inserted. Therefore, a redemption card was put in its place. You send in the redemption in hopes of receiving the card, but it's not guaranteed to be the card you will receive. If the player or players do not sign, then the company will replace the card with what they feel is a suitable replacement...
