You don't have to be condescending about it. You're obviously new to this community, and before you offend people and act like you know everything, maybe you should spend some time reading other threads.

BV is not the only component of a trade. I have plenty of $50 BV inserts, but do you think people are going to trade me a $50 HOF Autograph for them just because the BV is the same? No, of course not. Along those same lines, my offer is not as absurd as you seem to think. You would be getting an Auto/GU/RC (which does happen to book $40 by the way) and I would be getting 1 RC and some Inserts. I wouldn't be getting an Auto, or even a GU card in return. That's what we call trading up or down, or in somebody's favor. Again, if you would read other threads, you would see it happens all of the time.

Now, I didn't realize the Ashburn card was so rare, so that's probably part of the problem, but if you take that out of the equation, the offer seems pretty reasonable to me, again, especially considering you would be getting an Auto/GU/RC in the deal.

If I was on your side of the deal, I would do it because the extra $5 in BV (which is only based on Inserts) is worth obtaining an Auto/GU/RC to me.

#1 I have been in this buisness for a lot longer than you may think, I know what cards are worth because I do it for a living not a hobby, and I am not about to get less than what I paid for a card.

#2: I don't know where you got that BV for the schmidt, because the Bv for that cards is $ 20 dollars not $12

#3 I don't really care what you do if you were me, your not me, I am the one that has the exspenses of running buisness.

#1) Then sell them - don't trade them - if you are trying to run a business and money and BV is the only thing that's important to you.

#2) Must be the Century version - I didn't see the numbering on the card. Fair enough, my error.
