yup i sent him cash it was a sale, between this and one other incident i've had on here i no longer send first or at same time as any new member, no matter how many referances they give me, either way it still gives this fool no right to take my $ and i still deserve the attention of the scf staff just as much as the next man that has a trade in dispute, what kind of message are we makin to the scammers out there who read this and see "SCF STAFF" members mikesilvia & Stl_Cardinals_Fan with the "nobody to blame but themselves" speech? if i was a person intending to scam i sure would come here first if that's the kind of attitude we have here! each person should who has trades in dispute should be takin care of with just as much attention no matter who sent first or how low they're feedback is! just my honest opinion not meaning to offend!

duane1969-hey, that's a pretty good idea, but i know nothing of how to do something like that, i'll gladly head a group to do something with this guy, but i'd need some info on how to do it, if you have any just lmk, thanks.

well actually at the time he had 8 trades, and it wasnt required to send first under 20...only reason he has 2 now is b/c of all the negatives. somebody said this thread was useless but i wasnt to point out thaat the person who created it was the scammer. i do think that this site has ddone everything they can to try to help but this guy needs to be taken care of and dmcnabb, i would like a phone # as i lost it. thanks.

Hey guys,

I would like to say a few things on this issue.

#1)I have only been asked by one person for updates. He knows who he is and there is only so much I can do. I have tried to explain to people how they need to get together but I havn't seen to much of that. I have also told a person or two of the person who is in this for 15,000 cash value. Yes that number is correct. I am not going to bore you with the details but the guy who is owed this much has said he will try to help in any way possible. But if the guys who are owed the cards don't want to try, why should I spend more time on this. I have a witness in this who will vouch that over the months of this issue I have put in a good 10-12 hours if not more.

#2)Mcnabb,
I appreciate the kind words but when you put down something like that and then say you havn't gotten an update in a while.... I had to rant off a little bit. This is nothing against you as many people have taken this route before. Something that I would like to say to everybody, If you can't help yourself on something like this the staff will have a very hard time helping you. It just so happens your the one posting here.

UPDATE: chitownrivals imed me and explained everything. all those "fake stories" were actually true. he replaced my card with one i am very happy with and shipped it over night delivery...to contact him...I.M. him at...

FTHOMASFAN6 on AIM. he is a really good guy.

yeah...he said he was looking to try to find people who didnt get their stuff and he saw my post on this thread so he found me. good thing i bumped it lol
