i have never seen such a foolish move made by a struggling team. waive their star wideout. great pick up for jacksonville as they add on yet another player w/ potential.

He hasn't been their star wideout for the last 2 years. Battled injuries and couldn't block. Wasn't a big loss in my opinion. They have a bunch of good WR in Northcutt, Davis and Morgan.

Yea if I ran the Browns i would have also cut him to make room for the young recieving core they have in place. But I will say it was a great pickup for Jacksonville as behind Jimmy Smith their recievers are not that good at all. Hopefully will help Leftwich out as I would like to see him get really good.

yea, but the presance of him was decent, plus he does have the talent somewhere, may have done better to wait til the offseason an maybe get him in a trade.

KJ is a good player IMO

He led the browns in receiving for 5 years strait. This was not a good move for the Browns and KJ told a radio station 24 NFL teams contacted him wanting him to join there team! He also let out there will be another player on the browns going soon.

wasn't it odd that KJ started for the Browns for the past 5 years, played fairly well.....

then got bench last week; and released this week?

there's gotta be something he did that was really wrong

no good player gets released this quickly without some underlying problem

Pod the Problem is that Butch didnt draft him just like he didnt draft Couch!

KJ is a good receiver and like most receivers when your leading your team in yards and stuff for the last 5 years and get benched for missing a block you would get pissed too.

Butch Davis is killing the browns!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HAS EVERYONE GONE INSANE??!!?! This ain't about KJ anymore, this is about Butch Davis runnin this *expletive* team into the ground because of his damn ego!!!!!!! BUTCH created the QB controversy,BUTCH created all the dissention that's going on with this team right now AND HE NEEDS TO GO!!!!!!! I do not find it coincidence at all that KJ had problems with Butch Davis,Bruce Arians,AND Kelly Holcomb, and gets cut like that.Sure...he got sacked because he was the only one that had the guts to speak his mind about what a ******* Davis really is.Truth hurts.
