I have the 1998 Score Rookie Autographs Charlie Batch bv $30. I don't know what you mean with the "Steelers" part because he's in his Eastern Michigan uniform. I've included a scan.

It is a graded card encased in plastic,professionally graded by PSA. different numbers = different grades-- 9- Mint 10-Gem Mint 3-poor to fair and so on
LMK if youcan use it at all.
