Hey, im getting mad at itunes because i recently wiped my hard drive on my Macbook and i backed everything up to my 3rd Generation iPod, but when i tried to take it off the video wasn't working so i called them and they said it wasn't working, so i email itunes asking if i can redownload the videos,(my songs were find) and they said no because i already redownloaded on the 24th, well the only reason i had to redownload was becasue i had their leopard beta and that crashed after 2 days, without giving me a chance to back up. I really don't see the fairness in that and i emailed them back saying that the reason i redownloaded was from that, and i can already hear them saying that its just a beta and i should have backed up in the 2 days that i had it. Well im going back to buying CD's and DVD's, least i always have a backup that works.
