    PSA or BGS question

Hi there, browsed the boards for awhile but this is my first post. I recently got back into collecting and bought a few vintage cards i want to get graded. One is a 65' Hank Aaron & the other is a 62' Gaylord Perry rc. Both are in Nrmnt-Mint shape and grade worthy (even used a jewelers loop lol) but i've never sent anything in before and didn't want to foul it up. I've had an account with beckett forever and bought alot from them but have never dealt with PSA in any capacity. Just from looking around i'm assuming PSA is the way to go for the older stuff? As far as submitting i'm guessing you just print a form out and send them in and you don't have to pay any kind of extra fee's or anything other than whats stated on the site as far as getting them graded. Any tips would be appreciated as i'd like to get these sent off in the next few days to see what grades come back, then i'll know how close i am to predicting the grades beforehand which will help when i buy. Thanks in advance...

personally, i wouldn't have a problem with PSA or BVG (beckett vintage grading). both are very reputable, tough gradings. both carry a similar values with similar grades. i think PSA or GAI is the way to go with pre war stuff, but any of the 3 are fine for your cards.

pretty much just have to check out their sites, and follow their instructions as exact as possible. expect to pay $10-$15 per card with grading fees, shipping, etc.

hope that helps a little :)
