So I picked up this printing plate from an eBay auction a bit back...



Now I'm looking to get the card it made. The auction said it was from 1996 Scoreboard, but I'm not sure which set. Anyone with any further info, please let me know. I'm offering up to a jersey card for anyone who'd trade me this card.
