Buying/help
When I buy a card from here or any other place from online. Is it illegal to send money through the mail? Can someone explain to me how I would be able to do it without using a credit card. I want to make trades or purchases but idk the other methods of payment besides paypal. Like whats a money order and stuff.
Any and all advice greatly appreciated

paypal i would recomend its very easy to set up and its very safe all you do is put your bank account or credit card in when you sign up and then the money if you sell is sent to there and if you buy is taken out of there it is safe because if the person is scamming you u can file a report and u get your money back
also you can send checks, money order you can purchase at most cvs' and you can send cash if u need any help pm me and what are you looking to buy?

Well I have paypal it's not my account though, seeing as im under 18. But I would like to be able to purchase stuff from people such as autos and stuff. Or anything for that matter. But like if I sent cash, is that illegal or something?
