why do you need a 4th QB for?

I'd stay put with what you have. I don't see any benefit to that deal for you.

You've got a good QB, but Brady would upgrade your backup for whoever you started. The RB situation would be a wash, might upgrade a bit, but not enough to matter...WR would drop big time. I'd stick with what you have as well.

Stay with your squad, MJD is going to be a huge disapointment compared to last year.

MJD will have a down year and Cotchery is only good for 4 catches a game on average...so you would be giving up too much and be downgrading the one position you need help and that's WR...
Besides starting Bulger and Holt makes for some nice double up possibilities...
