On sportscenter/espn news they said 8-12 months and nfl network was sayin 12-18 months...I think they are trying to just guess when they really dont have a clue...

More like 12-18 months, but the judge presiding over the case is very harsh apparently and only goes after the maximum (according to report on ESPN). Prison time and NFL suspension means Vick probably won't be available to play in the NFL until the 2010 season. I don't know what NFL team would take a chance on a 30 year old QB with a history of trouble. Remember Ron Mexico? The water bottle at the airport? The middle finger to Falcon fans?

ought to just have all of the guys involved electrocuted, drowned, hung, shot, etc, just like they did to the dogs.
they might have state charges against them, so he might be locked up long after 2010. dogfighting and/or betting on it is apparently a felony in virginia.
