Paypal Dispute - Help Needed!!
I've never had a problem before, I usually don't waste my time worrying about stuff, but I bought a set on eBay for $80.00 and every card was dinged. He did send with DC so he has proof it arrived. Do I have any recourse through paypal?? He can prove I got it and I got the "right item" but does this count as an issue?? Thanks

First off, does the auction state the cards conditions or is it vague, such as "all cards are in EX-Mint Condition"? If they give a vague description unfortunately you don't have a gripe. Yet if they say that all cards are mint then you can and should take some action.
Second, did you ask for DC, was it included in the shipping price and was it stated in the description? If not perhaps he sent it to you that way to cover his a**. Maybe the seller knew the cards were damamged and spent a few bucks to guarantee that the cards got to you, so they could say, "I sent them to you and they were damaged during shipping, why would I guarantee my shipment on damaged cards?".
I would definetly take action though if you didn't get what the auction stated.
Just my 2 cents.
