Good box to break
I am looking at getting a good box to break for the 07 season. I like to build sets and find some sweet hits. What box does everyone recommend for around $50?

My vote for around $50 is Topps DPP...Personally, I think regular Topps sucks. You almost never get any good hits, plus I'm not a fan of this years design...unattractive, but also with the black border, they are much more likely to have edge damage. UD Artifacts is ok, but if you get a hobby box, it's much more than $50 and retail boxes are crap...we all know that. In DPP, you have an average base set(150 cards), RC base, plus the Chromes at 1 per pack. So you can work on several different sets, plus you have a decent chance of a nice auto, jersey, refractor, etc. To me, that's the only box I would buy at around $50 and under...Topps, Score, Sage Hit, etc all aren't very good. Good luck and hope you get some sweet pulls!

For $50, DPP or Topps Total (although depending on how many cards in this years set, it might take 2-3 boxes to complete)...
If you're open to spending a couple hundred..
My favorite set is Leaf Certified Materials ($85-100 per box)... This year it is released 9/24...
The base set is nice, and sometimes you can build the parallel sets.. I have tried to do the mirror blue set (#'ed out of 50), but usually come up a few cards short (the rookie autos can be a PITA to get)...
Donruss Classics is a nice large set, but the problem is that the Legends seem to be SP's...
