1 Box/Pack 07 Sweet Spot Classic
Got this box for $90, might buy the rest of this guys 8 packs at that price..
Here goes:
Willie McCovey base 467/575
Don Mattingly base 263/575--- PC
Paul Molitor GU Jersey w/ pinstripe
Thurman Munson GU Jersey--- PC
Luis Aparicio Glove AU with gold ink #'ed 30/50--- Not sure what I'm doing with this, it looks pretty nice..
I was hesitant to get these because some people have had some poor pulls, but at the price, I couldn't resist.

Yep... I am weighing my options though...
I have money saved to buy a short case (1/3) of 2007 Leaf Certified Materials Football... Do I save for that (which is really my favorite product ever) or try to hit a homer with sweet spot... Tough decisions!

skip the upper deck crap- the aparicio is probably the best you are gonna do. open the LCM, more hits, a ton more cards, and still a nice chance at some great stuff- hall of famer and rookie autos and multiple piece Gus
just my .02, but after my sweet spot break, i will always guide people away from upper deck from now on...

Id do lcm football idk whats in it but ssc is either like a HUGE hit(cut) or a bad one.....

I have to agree, Sweet Spot definitely seems very hit or miss.. Here's a scan of the Aparicio:

Sweet Spot "modern" comes out in November, and while I was contemplating going heavy into it, imagine all the "no names" you might pull... Sweet spot is a great idea and I don't mind paying $100 per pack, but PLEASE don't overdo the rookie thing... Even give me more "regular" players... I'd take a utility man over an unknown player.
As for LCM, my thoughts are the same as you guys... I've purchased at least 10 boxes of LCM each year since 2005 (starting with baseball)....
LCM is a set that I just love... Busting boxes is quite enjoyable.. I usually do my own little pack search...
I'll open each pack with scissors, then slightly move some of the base to check to see if it is a GU or decoy... I'll save those for the end...
One of my best pulls came from LCM, a Terry Bradshaw FOTG Auto /10 with a 3 color patch... Absolutely awesome card...
Plus, the rookie cards are decent and the parallels nice looking...

Yeah...we (my business) preordered two full cases of LCM football and have almost sold out of both of them on presells. I can't wait to see what gets pulled from them. I might have to bust one myself...

How much are you selling your boxes/cases at?
I unfortunately got late into the game (just put in my pre-order while I was typing this), and am paying $89.00 per box...
More than I'd like to pay, but at least I know I'll get them on release day.
