cbs nfl keeper league... 3rd year
currently we are a 10 team league looking for 4 knowledgeable owners
to create 4 expansion franchise to start play in the 08-09 season, meaning this season would be free of charge, but you would get a feel for the league, and be able to utilize all of the league tools.
rosters are a max 30 players, so there is always room for league growth.
if interested, or curious to learn more, feel free to get back to me..

cost in general is $40cdn a year. (for whomever comes in this year its free, because your team building.)
you start 2 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF
and 1 FLEX
you start the season with a 30 man roster, but via trades you can go up and down.. and you can trade and qcquire draft picks, for as many rounds as you like.. if you go into the draft with 27 players, you draft only 3, if you go in with only 22 players, you draft 8... you may drop as many players as you like before a deadline set before a draft.
we are looking into making it a salary cap league, but have been unable to find a suitable salary structure
obviously, you team wont look like much, until an expansion draft, which would happen next offseason.
so picking up entities this season to help current teams, might go a long way... or land a decent positional player before the draft happens.. being football smart and knowing the college players is a serious bonus.
its a head to head league, and you play 2 games per week, i create the scheds personally.. and its division heavy. there is NO ADDING During the season, you can only trade.. it puts more emphasize in knowing what your doing. also causes position desparation.
each team can be called what they want, and can make a team logo..
EG: im the "sabertoothed fuzzybunnies"
the money like i said earlier is $40cdn.... the original money goes into site costs, the rest is dispersed into a money pot... winner gets a portion/finals loser gets a portion.. as well as division winners. the league is highly competitive, and trash talk does occur from time to time... cbs offers lots of good stuff on the site, from fantasy columns, to whom to start, a guru feature, different mock drafts.... lots of goodies.
we have a commish board, a trade board, on the blocks features, a message board, standings page, and a history page, to see how the league has fared in the first 3 years of existance, including viewing all previous trades.
also, during sundays, its give you up to the minute scoring, all weks every week.. so you can see at 3pm.. how your team is performing... and not wait til the end of the day.
also you can partisipate in league polls, and other good stuff like that..
interested?
