I don't care for PWE at all, I was trying to make it on the easier, cheaper side for you.
I ship out my cards in either bubble mailers or manilla envelopes, in penny sleeves/top loaders and cardboard, surrounding the cards. I then use DC on the package.
For the 2 cards, it would run me $2.05 at the PO, plus the handling part. If you wanted to go that route, which I don't think you would, with the BV being $4.00, it would run you $3.05 the way I usually ship my cards. Or the cards could be shipped out in a PWE, with a top loader and I get the mail metered, so there is no worry about the slide mail machine and I place Do Not Bend on the envelope for $1.50.
LMK either way, as I wish I could do a trade with you, but we're on opposite collecting fields.
