Question about paypal
So when I go to set up an account most go with a personal account right because it is free? Then when and if I sell a card and I'm getting paid via paypal do I send them a PM and tell them my ID and all is good or is more required? Also when I get my payment do I get all of it or does paypal take some of it? I read through paypal help but didn't find to much on fees.

Its free to open an account...and...if you open a PERSONAL account (theres an option to check when you sign up)...it wont charge you any fees if you dont accept more than 5 payments per year. If you open a personal account, then accept your 6th payment, itll take fees from that one, and then charge you for the 5 previous (I think.) The fees they charge are minimal...but quite annoying. Theyre MUCH more annoying when dealing with payments >10$.
