    its a "mystery auction" dan

they are freakin nuts, and not even gonna try and explain them at this hour, but sure are crazy!! im really not even sure the purpose, or how to make any money off them.

basically, if someone bids up to $7500, the seller will give ya like $7600 to ya, some gift cards, etc....you get your money back and a little more, but still not sure the purpose....advertising or something!! ive seen tubes of toothpaste go for 8 grand, a sock for 5 grand, etc!!!!!

atleast thats my guess, lol. the mystery auctions are usually more elaborate, with more mysterious wording.....but very similar in bids / views

What they do is give the money to charity (usually a dog shelter or something like that). I dont see the point where it says its going to, but thats the point of the other auctions, and what I assume will be happening here.

Above is the link to the Fox story regarding the auction.
Money is "expected" to go to the Humane Society and/or local shelter.
Glad it's (hopefully) for charity and not greed.

    btw...
Someone in this forum posted some similar pics they took a few days back.
