    Just like a picture you use as an avatar. Fiind some animated picture thats within the size limitation, save it to your computer, then upload it. It's gotta be within the specified dimensions.J

    Here's some info about some free software I've used to make my son's (Dodgersalltheway) avatar. That info page also has a link where you can go download the software. Hope that helps.
