need help how do i see my recent post
the posts i have written how do i get to them.

the easiest way is just to go to the next pages and look for which ones have arrows next to them. Those are the ones that you have relied to or created.

Are you looking for posts, or threads? Either way, if you click your name, a task bar will drop down. Click "View Public Profile". Then, on the left hand side, there are buttons to view your posts, or threads you created.
As ensbergcollector pointed out, you can also check that way.

You can also click on "User CP" and then on "Subscribed threads".
