yeah, id start to worry....thats 2 1/2 weeks. i will only deal with postal MOs, but have never had any problems so cant really help ya there. i do always send MOs with DC in a bubble mailer just so i can prove it was received.

what is the proof that it hasn't arrived? some kind of visual proof or the person saying it hasn't?

The ebay seller says he has yet to get it. His ebay rating is 99.9% and he has over 3000+ feedback. So I dont think he is trying to rip me off, thats why I wanted to know if the post office can tell if its been cashed.

Sounds like it is time to start tracing the MO.I'm sure you have your receipt as well as your postal stub for your records? depending on the amount of the money order begin the tracking of it to see if it was signed. The postal orders all have a serial number you will need to fill out a form and the post master will begin the investigation.I'm sorry to say but even people in these days with 3000 feedback and 99.9% rating who need money badly can always say they didnt get it .your receipt is your defense...

Yes I have both the stub from the money order and my receipt. But one thing thats starting to tick me off about this seller is he will not answer my email and he is going to ebay saying I am not paying. So he is starting to get on my nerves. Also the money order was for $19.01

i believe the PO cant tell if its been cashed. give it a try and see if you cancel it and reissue a new one to him. i dont mess with them much but i think the ones from the PO are kind of like a check.

Just to put my input in here, he might have 3000+feedback with %99.9 rating. But most people pay with paypal. Perhaps now that you have no control over knowing whether or not he received it, he's trying to take advantage?
