07 Playoff Prestige Blaster
I recently purchased an 07 blaster box of Playoff Prestige from Target and have a question. Is the pricing on these cards different than say, the hobby packs. I tried to find the information but have been unsuccessful. The reason I ask is because each pack had one rookie card and each of the rookie cards were SP's. The book value that came out of this $20 blaster was over $300. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you got a hot box ... I've seen a bunch of these this year and no one knows exactly why Prestige put all the SP rc's in retail boxes. Maybe it was a secret thank you for all the faithfull retail buyers like myself, unfortuantely ... I didn't get one!

I thought it was too good to be true, but obviously it wasn't. I saw where Absolute Memorabilia had different cards where the paper stock was different between retail and hobby and perhaps thought this was the same thing. Its been a while since I had a good hit so this made up for most of that bad luck!
