Yes sivjosh, after many postponements they finally accepted the Eisner offer.
I have this saved, and read daily. It has a detailed reporting too.

I think they will.
This was actually a really sweet buy(wish I had the resources) a large portion of Topps is CASH.
Eisner could help a company that was strapped, and in trouble IMO.
He's getting in on a company sitting very nicely. So I look for a larger internet presence, and increased advertising...given his past, probably geared towards the younger crowd too.

I'm just glad Upper Deck didnt buy them out. I was really sad to see what they did to Fleer.
