Collectors Universe says court to rehear Miller case
Interesting!
Collectors Universe Inc said the Appellate Court in the William Miller case has granted a motion, filed by Miller, a former executive of the company, for a rehearing of the court's ruling issued in August.
In its August ruling, the court had rejected Miller's claim that he was entitled to statutory damages of about $10.5 million, the company said in a statement.
Miller had argued that he was entitled to statutorily prescribed damages of $750 for each alleged use of his name made by Collectors Universe without his consent.
Miller claimed that his name appeared on 14,060 authentication certificates issued by the company and that he was entitled to statutory damages of about $10.5 million.

I hope he gets anything and is issued to pay all court cost of that Collector Universe incurs. Man some people let these trial lawyers think they can get money for nothing.
