    Card centering guidelines

Ok, this is dumb question number one: Does anyone know the formula to determine card centering? I know 50/50 centering is perfect, but how could a person determine if a card is say, 85/15 or 90/10. I'm new to this, and would like any input! - Thanks

I'm no expert ... but I think it is just basic math. If a card is supposed to have a 2/16" border on opposing sides (4/16" total) and the left side is 3/16" and the right side is 1/16", then you would have a card with 75/25 centering. (75% of the total border is on one side, 25% on the other)

I'm sure others have easier explanations.

yeah, just a little math....but ya need to have a nice magnifier to get a good idea of the centering....not really something you can do with the naked eye
