    WWE or TNA?

What are your thoughts? I must say that I am a WWE guy, but I do enjoy the story lines and matches TNA has been doing lately.
    Thanks,
    Steve

I respect your opinion, but I think TNA has a very good mix of established stars and newer talent they brought in. While I don't think they are on the level of WWE, they are making some strong steps to get themselves into a position to compete. When will that be? I don't know. It would take a major acquisition or two.

I am old school (watching ever since the early 80's on). I was at MSG the night the Iron Shiek won the title from Bob Backlund.

I have to side with the WWE, even though the storylines are getting pretty lame. It seems TNA reaches so much and gets all the WWE retreads - and I was bummed to see them bring in Pacman Jones.

Old School (mid 90's) ECW was my favorite. Nothing will ever match that - especially not the new ECW.

Two side notes for wrestling fans:

    1) YouTube has an amazing amount of old school matches - that are so much fun to watch. Spent a few hours earlier this week watching 70-80's tag and 6 man matches. This gem had .

    2) MTV had a 1/2 hour show with wrestling this year. Although there weren;t big names and guys were smaller, the athletic moves were the most amazing ones I have seen. Even though the announcer and commentators weren't anything special, but I hope they bring it back for another season.

I have to side with the WWE. And TNA has Vince Russo doing storylines there so you will see some repeated things over in TNA. I think when TNA gets 2 hours in a week or two, it might improve, which I will be waiting to see.

Whichever one you like, you have to be happy that there is competition. There was no better time in wrestling than when WWE and WCW were battling it out for sports entertainment supremacy.
